TANAP COMS is a set of systems covering areas such as the creation of TAGs to be used from planning to operation and even in maintenance processes, the management of Commissioning/Acceptance steps with Checklists and Punchlists, and Change management within the framework of the "Completion Management System" required for the engineering fields of the Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline Project, which transports Azerbaijani natural gas to Europe via Turkey.

Requirement: Complex and Multi-Stakeholder Operation Management
The basic need of the project was to manage the complex operations constituting the backbone of engineering studies required for the traceability of all TAG management, Commissioning and Acceptance stages needed from the planning of TANAP pipelines to their construction and subsequent maintenance/change management through a standard, automated, secure and transparent platform. This platform needed to unite engineering processes and supply chains across the entire infrastructure. Furthermore, converting digital assets and including them in the system was another challenge.

- Monitoring and auditing of maintenance and change processes during the operation phase.

Krizma responded to this challenging need by developing the modular, secure and high-performance EDT platform.
Stakeholder Integration
Suppliers were enabled to be authorized as a user in the entire system and to carry out online Checklist-Punch list transactions.
Engineering Department
Tracking of TAG-based transactions with Project, System, Sub-System and Package management, automation of "TAG Generate" transactions in line with TANAP Guidelines.
Maintenance/Quality Departments
Monitoring, recording and auditing of changes in maintenance processes of the pipeline and all other assets were ensured.
